The demands on your body, both mentally and physically during the postpartum period are just as taxing, if not more, than pregnancy. Your milk supply draws heavily on your nutrient and fat stores to nourish your baby. Combined with sleep deprivation, the physical recovery from birth, and intense hormonal shifts, it’s no surprise that exhaustion can feel overwhelming.

Every postpartum journey is different, and we're here to support them all — whether you're breastfeeding, formula feeding, or somewhere in between. From practical meal and snack suggestions to more targeted concerns such as, nutrient support, breastfeeding issues such as mastitis, cracked nipples and nipple thrush, Edema (swelling), constipation, haemorrhoids, stress, fatigue and many more, no concern is too small to bring up.
